Whose Is It? TRANSFERRED

ImageCodr
If you are going to use Flickr.com then you MUST use ImageCodr.org!!!
Easy as 1, 2, 3. You enter the full url of the Flickr image, in return you'll get html code and a brief license summary.
If the image is not licensed using Creative Commons you will see a, "Oops, the gremlins are here again!" and "This image is not license under a Creative Commons license and can not be used. You might ask the author to relicense the image." Now how clear can that be???!!!

Image Stamper
ImageStamper is a free tool for keeping dated, independently verified copies of license conditions associated with creative commons images. You can use it to safeguard your use of free images from license changes, or to prove you are the original image creator.
Simply paste the URL of the page that contains the image you intend to use. ImageStamper will produce a timestamp of the image's license and will store this timestamp permanently in your account. The timestamp proves you obtained the image under that license and you can show it to others using a unique permalink.
